Annex Video Credits – Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 9th April 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, use, and redemption of Annex Video Credits (“Credits”) from Annex Video, a service powered by Annex TV Pty Ltd (“Annex,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or using Credits, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced herein.
1. Nature of Credits
1.1 Credits are digital tokens that can be redeemed for video production services provided by Annex Video.
1.2 Credits hold no cash value and are non-transferable, except where expressly permitted in writing.
1.3 Each credit may be redeemed for the creation of a video product as described in our pricing table (e.g., 1 credit = 1 short social media video).
2. Credit Expiry
2.1 Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2.2 In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACCC), the expiry term is deemed fair and reasonable, allowing sufficient time for redemption.
2.3 Unused credits will automatically expire at the end of the validity period and are non-refundable unless required under the ACL.
3. Use of Credits
3.1 Credits must be used for the service tier specified at the time of purchase.
3.2 Credit redemptions are subject to production scheduling availability.
3.3 Credits cannot be used for services outside of the agreed package unless upgraded or approved by Annex in writing.
4. Refunds and Consumer Rights
4.1 Annex complies with the Australian Consumer Law. This includes your right to a remedy if a service is not delivered with acceptable care, skill, or within a reasonable time.
4.2 Refunds will not be provided for a change of mind.
4.3 If a production cannot be delivered due to reasons within our control, a full refund or replacement credit may be offered.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
5.1 Credits used to book a production that is later cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice may be forfeited, at our discretion.
5.2 Rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, illness) must be communicated at the earliest opportunity to avoid forfeiture.
6. Ownership and Licensing
6.1 Annex retains ownership of all raw footage unless otherwise agreed.
6.2 Final produced videos delivered to clients are licensed for use across digital platforms and commercial use unless restricted by contract.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Any updated version will be published on our website and will supersede previous versions.
